Gun Lake is located in the southwest corner of Barry County and northeast corner of Allegan County in Yankee Springs Township. This large shallow lake is used for swimming, boating, waterskiing, parasailing, fishing, ect. Yankee Springs Recreation Park is on Gun Lake, which covers 5,200 acres and contains 9 lakes.
