One of the things I love about Hastings is that it feels like a true community. Downtown is more than a collection of storefronts—it’s a place to meet for dinner, browse local shops, catch a concert or community event, and enjoy the riverfront just a few blocks away.

Hastings also has a strong tradition of community events and outdoor entertainment, from summer concerts and festivals downtown to the year-round Sculpture Tour. For those who like to venture a little farther, the surrounding area offers hiking, biking, boating, fishing, golf, and thousands of acres of West Michigan recreation within an easy drive.
It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy dinner downtown, catch live music along the river, spend Saturday morning at the farmers market, or head out of town and be surrounded by woods and water in just a few minutes.
