Home values continue to rise in West Michigan! When comparing the 1st quarter year over year, the average sale price was nearly 6% higher in 2018 than 2017.
AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET
The average time on the market was 10 days shorter during the 1st quarter this year. Homes continueto move quickly - on average in about a month and a half - even as prices have increased.
MONTHS OF INVENTORY
During the 1st quarter of 2018 there were only enough properties on the market to last about 3 months. Inventory is just slightly less than we saw during this time last year.
