"This is the second time that I have worked with Michelle (she helped us purchase the home that she helped us sell this time (for relocation) and what a JOY it was once again to work with her and the addition of her daughter and partner in business Olivia. Selling our home, while anticipated for a bit longer, seemed to sneak up on us and given that my husband had to relocate ahead of the family, it left me to manage the move (and kids, and work, and new job duties...). Michelle and Olivia, seeing me overwhelmed by both the task at hand and the emotions attached to our moving away from our family's longest term home came to my rescue. They helped me clean/organize/stage so that our home was sure to sell quickly. They never hesitated with the oft many of my concerns/questions and guided me/us to a successful sale. I would be remiss if I did not add that they are salt of the Earth, wonderful people and I consider Michelle (and now Olivia) friends, despite infrequent (and typically personally "needy") communication from me. Michelle has never said "no" or made me feel that she doesn't have time for that "one more referral" for a handyman, roofing company, etc. If she didn't know, she knew someone who did and would chase it down! The concierge service is second-to-none and I have bought/sold enough to know that this should not be taken for granted! I would highly encourage anyone considering selling/buying to work with Michelle - you'll be more than well cared for and reach the outcome you are hoping for with her by your side!!"
